Refund policy

In the odd case that you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:


1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within one week after the delivery date.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned

4. Our team must receive and approve your request. Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you address where you can ship back the merchandise.

5. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund only after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks (products should not be washed or used)

6. We aim to process all returns within one week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at klephant.india@gmail.com

7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Little Threads, India. But we're a friendly bunch.

8. Usually we don't deduct any amount while doing the refund. Only in case of refund of COD order, we deduct the applicable COD charges (as we had already paid the same to the COD partner).

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In case you need to exchange the size after order is shipped (within 7 days of delivery), here are our policy on exchange 
(keep in mind, we usually dispatch the order within 2 days)

1. Exchange is only possible for size and stock available.

2. Exchange product will be sent after original product is received and checked for quality.

3. As we would have to make 2 additional deliveries (one for order pick up and one for new product), we would have to charge a nominal amount between Rs 150-200 only. (It amount may change on case to case basis depending upon interim factors)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you changed your mind after placing an order, here are our policy on cancellation 
(keep in mind, we usually dispatch the order within 2 days)

1. Once your order is dispatched, we don't offer cancellation. 

2. But if your order is not dispatched, we can offer you cancellation. Your refund in this case shall be refunded within 6-8 days.
